House rules

Dear guests,
Welcome to Nataly Spa Sokobanja. Our team of friendly and professional staff will take care of your pleasant stay. To ensure the safety and comfort of all guests, please familiarize yourself with our house rules:


Check-in & Check-out

  • The rooms are available to guests from 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival until 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
  • Guests receive a room card upon registration at the front desk. Please lock the rooms and hand in the card at the reception upon departure.
  • The rooms can only be used by guests who are properly registered at the reception with a valid ID. Visitors are not allowed in the room. For socializing, use the restaurant’s premises or the terrace.
  • For check-out after 11:00 a.m., a daily stay is charged according to the price list. If the room is not vacated by 6 p.m., one more night is charged.
  • Day care includes the use of the room from 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm.

Cancellation and early departure

  • If you need to check out early, please inform the reception 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in an additional bed and breakfast charge.
  • Breakfast is served from 08:00 to 10:30 in the restaurant.

Room Service and Smoking

  • Room service is available daily from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., with an additional fee of 20%.
  • Smoking is not allowed in the rooms.

Pets and safety

  • Pets are not allowed.
  • Explosives, weapons, flammable substances or other chemicals hazardous to the environment are not allowed.
  • The guest is responsible for the damage caused by him or the persons he is responsible for, and the damage will be charged according to the valid price list.

Responsibility and guest comfort

  • Please follow the house rules and do not disturb other guests. Nataly Spa reserves the right to cancel the stay of guests who violate the rules.
  • Report any irregularity, malfunction or complaint to the service immediately to the reception. Subsequent appeals will not be taken into account as a basis for reducing the accommodation price.

Cleanliness and laundry

  • Bed linen and bathrobes are changed after the third night for stays longer than 5 nights.
  • Each room is equipped with one bathrobe per person. Please do not leave bathrobes in the spa or swimming pool, but return them to your room. The loss of the bathrobe will be charged.
  • To change towels, place them on the floor.
  • Guests can use the laundry and drying service, for a fee according to the valid price list.

Fire safety and inventory

  • In case of activation of the fire alarm, follow the evacuation instructions located on the doors of the rooms and corridors.
  • Room inventory (pillows, blankets, towels, etc.) is intended for your use during your stay and is not allowed to be taken out of the hotel.
  • Nataly Spa is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings. Please report all found or lost items to the reception.
  • For keeping valuables and documents, we have provided a safe in the closet of the room. Please check that you have emptied the safe before leaving the facility.

Requests and services

  • Guests can put a “DO NOT DISTURB” sign on the room door, but it can stay up to 24 hours. After this period, Nataly Spa reserves the right to enter the room for security reasons.
  • You can borrow adapters and chargers at the reception, which we ask you to return after use.
  • Parking for your vehicle is available next to the building.
  • Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the facility. You can get the password at the reception.

Spa and pool

  • To use the Spa center, you need to make an appointment at the reception, where you will receive a card and a towel. The spa center is open from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., and children up to the age of 16 can use it accompanied by their parents.
  • Guests can use the pool unlimitedly from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Please take a shower before entering the pool. Deodorants and perfumes can react with reagents in water, causing it to become cloudy.
  • Please do not use the panoramic terrace when it is cloudy or rainy due to the proximity of lightning rods.

Other services

  • If you are checking out early in the morning, you can order a packed lunch, which must be announced the day before.
  • During your stay, the reception is available for all information and assistance on the phone number 101, which you can call from the landline in the room.

At the beginning of using the accommodation, it is considered that the guest is familiar with the house rules of the hotel.
